Bad room service, my room was was not clean for the two nights I stay and they did not change the bedspread giving excuses that is because of rain

Nice hotel with good customer service. My stay was between good and bad, what is on the menu is different from what is served, the toilet was not flushing. They need to upgrade their facilities.

It was not a very nice stay, they was water supply but it had sand in it.

I loved my stay at the hotel, beautiful location, clean environment, delicious meal, clean bed spread, nice staff and maximum security guaranteed. Kudos to this hotel for their excellent services, its highly commendable.
