I had a terrible experience at the hotel. The room wasn't what I was expecting especially in size. Every aspect of the room including the bathroom and the bed was very small. I was very disappointed with the whole arrangement that was put in place during my stay at the hotel.

I had a terrible experience, the towel provided was torn and looked horrible. The generating set used in the hotel was not working fine. The air condition in my room was not functional and I had to open the windows for ventilation.

My stay at the hotel was good. However, I think the hotel's management needs to improve on their customer service. But the room was okay for the price paid, it was clean and tidy. The toilet and bathroom too were properly cleaned.

My stay at Glonik Hotel was not too good. The power supply was not encouraging and the water supply too was not sufficient. The room was tidy, the rate was also very affordable but the intercom in the room was not functioning as I was unable to communicate easily with the room service.

I am impressed with the services of the hotel, the room was neat and there was water supply throughout my stay, internet connection and constant power supply was available too. The meals were delicious and affordable but they need to work more on customer service.Their staff need to be more friendly.

I stayed here 2 years ago, and it wasn't that bad. I stayed in the suites and it was tidy enough and the staff were friendly. The water for bath was hot which was good, however the toilet was falling apart. This place is very affordable, and i'll recommend it if you are in the area.
