I was not given a towel, I had to use my underwear to dry himself. Very bad customer service.

Duban international hotels should be rated 5 Stars already because the hotel's well equipped with state of the art furniture, 24/7 power supply, an elevator, 24/7 responsive room service, and most especially... I love the fact that the hotel offers a view of the city at the balcony. Keep it up!!! #Duban!

I regretted choosing this hotel. My stay here was like a wrong move. Their services were poor, the rooms did not seem well maintained. I was very disappointed with their services. I look forward to booking a better hotel with Hotels.ng another time.

My stay was very fine, the receptionist was very jovial but was also very professional. The doorman was also very helpful. The room was well decorated and power was on, for 24 hours all through my stay.

The hotel has a lovely scenery, clean environment and large area for parking vehicles of guests. The rooms are lovely as well with cute paintings on the wall. I really enjoyed my stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. The meals served at the hotel were so delicious and finger-licking good that it made me feel at home. The receptionist was really welcoming and the laundry service was so fantastic that within two hours my dirty clothes were ready. Everything about the hotel is new.

My stay was good only that I had difficulty locating it in the first place. The hotel is not easily accessible and I spent some time looking for it. I was glad to finally see it and my time there was nice.

The hotel is horrible just checked in and the first thing I discovered is that the power was not available. The bed sheets was filled with stains and I also spotted that there was no air conditioning unit in the room I was assigned to. I think I have made a mistake choosing this hotel as an option for a place to stay.

I had a good stay at the hotel, nothing unexpected. The room was comfortable room, prompt hotel attendants, awesome customer service and the environment was very neat. However, it was a bit noisy in my room because of the location of the bar.

Duban International Hotel is located within the popular area of Ikeja, I was able to locate the hotel with ease. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I had a good sleep! The bathroom was well equipped with essential toiletries. The hotel needs to improve in some of their services. But, I got the value of the money paid.

I had a swell time at the hotel, the environment is very serene and calm.The rooms are beautiful and well structured.They just need to pay attention to details and put proper things in place without being told.

The hotel was okay. It's a beautiful place and very nice too. All the complaints we made regarding the issues we had while we were there were attended to and everything went well. I'll say kudos to the management of the hotel.

I had no problem at all with this hotel. My stay was very nice.

Apart from the water heater that was not in my room every other things was okay. Atmosphere was friendly, the mattress was very soft and staffs were very responsive. In all, the hotel was up to the standard based on their room rate.
