Reviews of De Heavens Royal Hotel

I had a good stay at the hotel. I encountered no issues there and all was just as it ought to be. The services rendered were pretty good and the staff were nice and friendly. I would rate the hotel a seven out of ten.

The hotel is really bad. The room I stayed in was very dirty. The bathroom did not look properly maintained either. The facilities there were not readily available for use. The customer service was poor as well. The place just has too many issues and I did not enjoy my stay there.

I loved every bit of my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful, the environment is serene and calm and their customer service at the hotel is good, as the hotel staff acted nicely and were professional in carrying out their duties. Kudos to them

This is a nice place. I really had fun and was very happy when I left. Even though the staff were not really coordinated, the facilities in stock made me appreciate the place the more.

I only stayed here because it was the closest hotel to where I work, if not I would have look for another hotel. No light they depend fully on inverter and you can’t put on the light. My experience was bad

its a very beautiful hotel that give great service to customers, my stay was indeed great and am very satisfied with everything about the hotel
