The water heater in the bathroom wasn't working and they did not have hot water in the hotel....most of the services i saw online was not there when i got to the hotel like their internet wasn't working, i just had to manage it anyway....also the tiles on the floor were not properly polished and the edges was a little bit dark and dirty as if it's kind of old, i think they need to replace the tiles so that the rooms will look very okay

My stay at the hotel was ok and I really enjoyed myself. Actually i expected more facilities like it was written on the site but was disappointed, the management should also have an effective way of disseminating information to their staff
