This is the most unpleasant experience I have ever had since I have been lodging in hotels. Everything about this hotel was bad. Starting from the Poor customer service to the bad lightening, down to the dirty toilet that had no toiletries at all, then to worsen the situation at hand, the lack of electricity. Imagine staying in an hotel where the whole corridor was totally black. Honestly, I did not enjoy my stay in this hotel at all.

The view of your hotel is good from outside but the inside is horrible. We that live abroad can not even take it. There was too much dust. The bed sheet look very old. Kindly improve the standard and charge more is better I give your hotel O star do it and I will tell you if it is ok for my guest to visit

I really am displeased with the services, starting from the intercom troubles to the bad meal and delayed response. I am so disappointed.

This is a nice place. I do not know if too much A.C is a problem but that was my problem. It had problem with regulation.

I am not impressed with the hotel. It is an old hotel but it was not really clean and comfortable. There was no flat screen television, no internet access, 24 hour light was not available and the bath was old and corroded.

My stay at the hotel was very fine, it really met my standard and their environment was very lovely with good and friendly staffs, the only thing is that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant so i had to go out to get food

My stay at the hotel was okay, they have a good customer service, well clean and tidy environment........they should just keep up the good work
