It was really a nice stay at your hotel. I enjoyed it

I think they need to train their staffs on how to control their tempers when relating with guests. A particular lady really got on my nerves and I overheard people complaining about this same lady during dinner in the hotel. This is not good for the business at all. If I go to any hotel and a staff treated me like nobody, do you think I will be willing to go there again? So, they really need to be trained. However, the hotel is okay, beautiful with clean environment and the room was very cosy and comfortable.

My stay was fine, everything was good. Hotel room was comfortable but their services were quite slow.
