The hotel was not well clean and the toilet was not working well

My stay was cool, it was lovely, I enjoyed my stay, thank you....

I had a good stay at the hotel. Check in was very smooth, the staff at the hotel were helpful, professional and gave good customer service. My room had no issues at all, the facilities in my room were all working. Light and water supply was steady throughout my stay. Definitely worth it.

My stay was not so bad. The only complaint I had was the fact that the water was very dirty. It was a very unpleasant sight. Aside from that I liked every other thing at the hotel such as customer service, power supply and the meals.

I really enjoyed my stay, coupled with the fact that the hotel was well secured and there was no cause for alarm. The price paid was worth it and it suits the standard of the room. The staff were accommodating and nice.

I stayed for 2 nights and my time there was totally memorable. It's one of the most convenient hotel experience I have had and Hotels.ng contributed as well. I hope to be back again.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful, what a beautiful place to be. The hotel was calm and beautiful. There was water and power supply at the hotel throughout my stay and I was so comfortable in my room.The staff were so courteous and respectful, I really enjoyed my stay.

Zasarii Di Lusso is a beautiful place. It is well organized. The room was lovely and all the facilities were intact. There was water, power supply, wireless internet service and their meals were delicious. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during the fuel scarcity, so understandably, there was poor power supply. My family and I stayed in the standard room. Overall the hotel was quite beautiful even though they had mosquitoes flying around. We had to call the front desk to get someone to spray the room with insecticide. The hotel staff were nice and the meals were delicious. The bathroom in the standard room was really tiny, a glass bar separating the bath area and the toilet seat took some space and made it difficult to use the toilet. The shower was great though. The wireless internet didn't hold up too well and I had to use my mobile phone as a hotspot.

One night with so much comfort and relaxation, I enjoyed my stay with your hotel, please keep up the standard.
