I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.It was a very good stay.

The room I stayed in was very clean and it was ready when I arrived but they should get new towels and make provision for toiletries. They should atleast have a bottle of drinking water for their guest and look to expand for the sake of parking space. Generally it was an interesting stay and if I had to choose again, i'd still choose them. Friendly staff too.

I was here during my vacation in Nigeria. The hotel renders pretty good service and the Air conditioning unit worked really well. I would recommend it as it is very central to pubs, bars and dinners.

The hotel is very neat, the bed was very comfortable and it is located in a very good area. I particularly was impressed by the service quality and by the how nice the staff were.

The room was beautiful, clean and modern, the bed also was very comfortable, the toilet and bathroom were well equipped. The room service and housekeeper were prompt and polite. But the power supply at night was poor, it was so bad that I was unable to sleep.

My stay at Potter's Continental Suites was bad. The hotel had no POS for payment, I had to stroll out around 11:30pm to get cash from a nearby bank. The meals were horrible and the room was nothing to write home about. Totally bad experience.

Everything was perfect , The room was beautiful, clean and modern, the bed also was very comfortable with lovely bed and pillows, the toilet and bathroom were well equipped and toiletries was provided. The room service and housekeeper were prompt and polite. The breakfast buffet had lots of wonderful options, am glad I stayed at the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was not impressive at all,The hotel was not easy to locate at all,the road leading to the was bad.the hotel doesn't have POS machine,my room was not too neat and their staff was not courteous at all,they have nonchalant attitude,It takes eternity to serve my food,whenever I call them on intercom,they won't come until I go down stairs to the front desk.They really to work on their management and services.

The services rendered at the hotel were not satisfactory. The water heater was faulty, power supply was poor. I could not stay for the period I planned to. I had to check out the next day. The hotel has to maintain and fix their very useful facilities even more.

I had a cold welcome at the hotel,the staff is bad mannered and not well cultured.The hotel's POS was not working at all,I had to look for banks to withdraw.The door of the bathroom was bad,the lock was broken and the bathroom was not clean.The sink in the bathroom was not draining water at all,the room was looking funny.People were moving up and down the hall way thereby disturbing my peace.

My stay was interesting. Location of the hotel was perfect for me, very close to where I had my program, the room given to me was spacious clean and fresh, air conditioner worked perfectly, staffs were ready to help me out because it was my first time in Lagos. It is a nice place and I will recommend to my friends coming to Lagos.

I was not really impressed with the services rendered at the hotel. The environment wasn't exactly good looking, and my room was not ready when I got there.

My stay was just okay not that it was wonderful. The lady at the reception was quite indifferent about whether I stayed at the hotel or not. They need to groom their staff on how to be customer friendly so that clients can be satisfied

I don't know where to start from, but the hotel is annoying and I wouldn't recommend any person to lodge into this hotel. The food, the staff were all rude, the environment was dirty, no POS service, nothing!!! Please improve on these.

Clean hotel with all the necessary facilities available, the hotel is ready for business. The only challenge I faced was that the hotel does not have enough parking space and it took quite a while to get a space to park my car. I will definitely use the hotel again.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The water and power supply were not constant. The air conditioner in the room did not function well and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The services and facilities at the hotel need to be improved on.

My stay at the hotel was good. I really enjoyed my stay there as the hotel rendered good services. I had big issues with the power supply as the generator was always going off and PHCN was extremely bad. The room was very convenient likewise the environment. The meals were not bad and not costly making it a good bargain price for the hotel. I really wish the hotel could fix the power problem so as to attract more customers.

My stay was wonderful, the fact that I was able to use the microwave without having any issues. Electricity was equally dope. I would always recommend this Hotel for any traveler. Amazing place

My stay at Potter's Continental Suites was okay but I feel the hotel needs to improve more on their facilities as I was unable to access the internet smoothly, the menu list needs to be updated as the option there was only noodles and rice, I could not get the meal of my choice, it was not nice.

I booked a different hotel on hotels.ng and they booked me a more crappy hotel for more money. The reception staff had no clue that I made a reservation, the POS machine did not work, they wanted me to pay the standard rate instead of the hotels.ng rate.They sprayed the room just before I entered, it reeked of cheap perfume. The bathroom stall had broken doors and the drain was so slow I was afraid I would flood the bathroom. They must have hired Stevie Wonder to do the bathrooms. The finish was atrocious. Was not worth the N17500 I paid.

My stay at the hotel was not good because it was hot all through the night and I could hardly sleep. The generator at the hotel went off around 2am and the hotel's management never bothered to put it on afterwards.
