My stay was cool.

I was not pleased with my stay at Mokland Hotel, a lot of improvement needs to be done. The power supply was nothing to write home about, at midnight there was total darkness and the heat was unbearable. The air conditioner in the room was also faulty. The staff were not very cool relating with guests, I do not like the hotel services at all.

My stay in their hotel was like a nightmare for me, a lot of renovation is needed for the rooms. Imagine sleeping in an hotel rooms with wall-gecko, the Air conditioning also stop working at midnight. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone to stay.

My stay there was okay. It is a hotel I go to regularly so I had no problems there at all. The rooms are okay and I was very comfortable with their rooms and the food.

This is the worst of place ever. Customer service is next to nothing. I wish there are no star to give.

I wasn't impressed at all, they have to improve on their maintenance culture,the environment wasn't really clean enough so are the rooms.
