Reviews of Imperial Garden Hotel

My stay was not too good for a low-budget hotel, no mirror in the room, no hot water, they have to improve their services cause it was too bad...

The hotel was terrible, no standard facilities, the hotel was so unkempt, It's a total waste of money to go there.

I spent a night at the hotel. The room was what I expected; beautiful, clean and a well dressed bed. The hotel staff were efficient and timely. The facilities were great and I would certainly lodge into this hotel again.

I really did not have any issues with my stay and I will be honest about this. I had issues with the hotel's process though. I don't like how your guest get delayed before checking in or checking out. In my case, I could not leave immediately as the hotel requested to take inventory of room items before I could check out. I found this process time wasting, embarrassing and unnecessary. At least a different approach should be employed.

This hotel is just okay but they kept on having power failure all through my stay. Every other thing was fine during my stay here. The rooms were quite okay just that they were not spacious enough, the facilities were okay too but I think the management should fix the light issue as soon as possible.

The hotel is manageable. The room was not spacious and the toilet system was not encouraging. The toilet door can injure you, if you are not being careful when coming out
