NICE STAY

Very Good10

The hotel had a lovely environment with a lot of security measures that was put in place to make guest feel safe. The food was also very nice and it was affordable. I had a nice stay at the hotel. I will definitely book this particular hotel again any time am in town.

Bad

Very Good4

Very bad experience, they turn on AC by 10pm and turn it off by 3am. I requested for hot water to have my bath and was told the water heater wasn't working. Poor customer service by staff.

I did not enjoy my stay in the hotel, their facilities were very bad, my room was untidy and not comfortable at all, the bathroom and toilet facilities was not too good. I got locked in my room for almost an hour because the keys at the door could not open the door, I was really frustrated. The hotel's management should do something about all their facilities as they are gradually deteriorating.

It's high time the management of Hotel Lawa pay close attention to the service rendered by the hotel staffs.I had a terrible experience with the receptionist.The AC in the room is faulty,, no fan in the room either.I went to the receptionist to complain, she told me I should go and sleep like that, that no fan is available. What a terrible experience.This lady talks to customer anyhow, very rude and not worthy to represent the image of any company.The hotel management should do something fast to ensure they employ the right people for the job.

Hotel lawa is number 1 for me, I have always used their branch on the Island which I considered the best and I have no regrets using this branch too. Very good hotel.

A very terrible hotel, they turn off the A.C. at midnight and didnt even think it was wise for them to put fan. Very terrible service for 15,000 naira and the staffs keep playing games by coming to your room with different remote telling you your AC is faulty. The misquote her is numerous and you will need to get anti malaria pills after they have a good feast. The customer service is really poor and they play games when you ask question. The hotel is 0/10. Even hotels in the village do better than this
