Extremely Bad Customer Service

It's high time the management of Hotel Lawa pay close attention to the service rendered by the hotel staffs.I had a terrible experience with the receptionist.The AC in the room is faulty,, no fan in the room either.I went to the receptionist to complain, she told me I should go and sleep like that, that no fan is available. What a terrible experience.This lady talks to customer anyhow, very rude and not worthy to represent the image of any company.The hotel management should do something fast to ensure they employ the right people for the job.
