The hotel was clean, their environment was so beautiful, their customer service was great and the hospitality was good. Water and power supply was available, food was affordable but there was no television in my room which made my stay so lonely but apart from this, I had a good experience.

My stay at the hotel was not really okay, I had some really unpleasant experience. The food was total rubbish because it was not only expensive it was also stale. The whole hotel looks so old and toiletries was not provided, bed sheets were faded, Water and power supply was not constant and the room had a damp smell. The hotel needs total renovation, needs to be repainted and facilities to be changed.
