Reviews of Ajaxbel Hotel

My stay would have been great if the hotel was conducive. The area was flooded. I did not end up staying all through the 4 nights I made reservations for. I quite understand that it is a rainy season and the major areas on the Island were flooded. I however enjoyed the services rendered at the hotel.

Ajaxbel does not look or operate like a hotel, the whole place is unkempt. My room was so uncomfortable, it's the worst hotel I have ever used.

The power supply was not steady at the hotel but the issue was resolved within a short time. The hotel is very affordable and I spent four nights there before leaving. My stay was quite good.

My stay was so wonderful, the hotel was so clean and quiet. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious and affordable, there was water and power supply too. I had toiletries and their room service was excellent. I am highly impressed with their services.

My stay at the hotel was good. The environment of the hotel was serene, clean and well secured. The management and staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was properly arranged and comfortable. The room rate was very affordable.

The room we got was quite dirty and unkempt . Also, the air condition was faulty so we had to make do with a slow ceiling fan. I understand you operate a budget hotel so it's understandable.

My stay at the hotel was splendid. The room was clean and very okay for the price. The bathroom and toilet were properly cleaned. The hotel also had a tight security. Although, the staff really need to improve more on their hospitality. They need to be more friendly and accommodating.

My stay was okay at the hotel, the staff are very efficient and helpful.The toilet door in the room I stayed was bad, the AC wasn't regulating. The room was clean and there was water and power supply .They need to pay attention to details and be fast in resolving complaints.

The environment was clean and calm,their food was tasty and affordable.There was constant power and water supply throughout my stay at the hotel.The hotel needs to pay attention to details and improve on their maintenance culture

Ajaxbel does not look or operate like a hotel, There is no door, the whole place is unkempt. The towel I was given was not also clean. Please you need to restructure and put somethings in place.

The mosquitoes in my room were too much, but I think it was because there was a hole in the window net of the room, and there was no Ac in the room. The bed sheet also needs to be changed .
