The water heater was not functioning at all. Every other thing was working fine-the T.V, Fridge, AC all doing fine.Customer service was excellent and welcoming. Great help from the staffs. They were always willing to be of service. My stay was perfect

Staying at your hotel was very good, the customer service is very great, and the receptionist was very nice, checking in was easy and the manager still asked someone to double check so that there will not be any complain, both nights were fun and very relaxing, the only thing I think needs to be changed is the food menu, better meals needs to added to the list and some meals taken out, there should be more dishes to choose from. This is what I think your hotel is lacking.
