The hotel is really a nice place to be, the room was conducive and very neat, there was constant electricity. However the service and response time was too slow. Generally, I rate the response time 1 out of 5.

The hotel is nice, very professional staff.The staff made me feel at home, I had variety of food to eat and it was delicious.Their facilities are all functioning and of standard, the view at night is so beautiful.I really recommend the management and staff of the hotel.

My company booked this hotel for me. If it was left to me I wouldn't have stayed. The paintings and doors were old and the floors were dirty. I saw cracked walls. The management really need to do a renovation on the hotel.

I had a nice stay in this hotel, the security was perfect, However, it could be better if they can improve on their hygiene around the buffet area. Basically, Protea hotel is a 5 star hotel anytime!
