My stay was okay and the location is pretty fine

This hotel is actually a nice place to stay. I had good stay, the only problem I encountered was the water heater in my room that did not work so I had to take cold, uncomfortable showers. Other than this, everything was pleasant. The staff were nice and courteous and the room was very neat.

With a peaceful and serene environment, beautiful rooms with comfortable furniture and appliances, clean bathroom, great cuisine, constant power supply, effective customer relations, I couldn't have had a better stay. I loved every bit of my experience here. It was unique.

My stay at the hotel was very horrible. The room was very dirty, untidy and smelly. Bedbugs were not left out. The bedbugs really designed my body with their bit. I was frustrated that I had to call my house keeper to come down to the hotel to help clean the room. I was suppose to stay for two nights but i hurriedly left the next morning. It was indeed a bad experience.

The hotel was a lovely place to be,beautiful place,neat and calm environment,ever smiling staffs of the hotel,I am just impressed with their services.My room was neat,water and power supply was uninterrupted and their food was delicious and affordable.

The hotel is okay but there was no towel, toothpaste or soap in the bathroom and these are supposed to be the basic things that a hotel is supposed to provide. Asides from this, their service was fine.
