I enjoyed my stay at Precinct comfort service. The staff were courteous and the hotel had a nice ambiance. From the gate to the reception, customer services to the room, everything was on pont on point. I had a swell time.

My stay at the hotel was fair. The room was well furnished, the bed was comfortable and the toilet was properly cleaned. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel needs to upgrade their facilities such as the power supply which was a bit poor.

The hotel is a nice place,the staff are friendly and hospitable.The room I stayed in had a beautiful curtain and clean bed sheet. The only problem I had was the parking space, the parking space is small.The toilet too was bad, it couldn't flush, but the utility staff repaired it on time. They should pay attention to details.

Your hotel was okay for me, it was easy to check-in and I was welcomed really well, but please which hotel still uses rug, you need to take off all the rugs in the rooms and replace them with tiles, its easy and fast to maintain than any kind of rug. When rug becomes old or dirty its bad for the health. It just a suggestion that I think your hotel should work on because your hotel is nice.

fair stay

Environment was better than the room; wash-hand basin was not flowing well, curtain was not clean enough, bedspreads were so dirty and unkept. We also had issue with food, to get food on was a bit difficulty. The route to the hotel from the main road was not encouraging. Well, I’m glad that my wife and children had fun. Left to me I will think twice before going there next time.

The place was not really up to my standard but manageable. Most of their facilities were not functioning well; the bathtub was leaking. Generally, they need to upgrade and in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

the hotel was ok and i had a good stay, the services were great so as the rooms and environment. The should ensure that they check each room round to know what is needed to be fixed and fix it and not the customers detecting this their selves, cos i had to change rooms just because of these

The room was okay, food was good and staff responded very well to everything and on time. I did not like the environment and the location was not easily accessible. They should try and get a sign post so that people coming for the first time can easily locate the hotel.

My friend told me about Precinct Comfort hotel in Ikoyi and I have decided to give it a trial anytime I’m in Lagos. Fortunately, I came and actually enjoyed my stay. The room was neatly arranged and the curtain complemented the painting of the room. Environment was friendly and I got a nice reception from the staff. I really love the place.

I was not impressed when I checked in into my room at first, the bathroom and toilet was dirty and room was not too clean. It seemed like they did not allow the duvet cover to dry up before putting it on the bed. After complaining it was resolved the next day. Otherwise my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, I think the management should train their receptionists on how to use the hotel system effectively.

The room was not nice and didn’t worth the amount we paid; the bedspread was dirty, curtain was also dirty. In fact, we were not comfortable we had to move to Precinct Comfort Yaba, which was better but still had some issues with the bathroom and toilet. I think the hotel need to embrace proper maintenance culture.

Honestly, if I hadn't made payments before getting in there, I woulddnt have stayed there. Arrived the hotel at 1pm and was taken to a room with a strong stench of Baygon ( insecticide ). Upon my display of my dissatisfaction, was given an alternative room which I could only manage for 9hrs before packing up and checking out before 10.30pm same day. Moved to Lekki Phase 1 and paid for another room at Lekki Suites. Enjoyed the ambience and services at Lekki Suites better

Hotel is very classy and lovely; nice reception from the staffs, room was very neat and comfortable, air conditioner worked perfectly but my only problem was the food at restaurant which was quite expensive. I feel the management should have that checked because the prices were ridiculous.

The hotel was ok and nice. I didn’t really stay long to eat their food, but their reception was very good nice and friendly staff. The room was neat but small, I wasn’t too comfortable. The environment was clean and I love the everything about the hotel except the small room.

This is a very nice hotel with a classy home feel. You could be anywhere in the world. I have stayed in many hotels in many countries and this one compares. Nigerian hotels are mostly overpriced so I was glad to find an international standard hotel with a reasonable price. Keep it up! I particularly like the fact that it looks like a private residence from the outside with no signs or anything ( especially in a place like Lagos with security issues)

I actually wanted to read the thumbs down reviews and didn't realise I would be voting by clicking on the icon. The hotel is absolutely fantastic . Their services were definitely excellent. I would recommend this hotel any day.
