my stay was goo, and the price i paid the hotel was ok and did meet my standards. the intercom in my room wasn't working, i complained and it was fixed withing the space of 30 minutes, which shows the customer service are ready to help and responsive

Your hotel is okay but can do better, the room I checked-in smelled like it has not been used for a long time, for such room I think the window should be open for some hours before letting it for reservation, by doing this the room smells fresh and nice. Your hotel can be better in terms of service and good management, but I enjoyed my stay because the manager did his best to make sure that all my complains were been heard.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with no issues. Water and electricity were constant. The hotel's staff were courteous and friendly. I stayed for just one night. Maybe sometime I will use there again.

Honestly, I was restless just because you had no POS. I had to leave for my meeting which I was almost late for. I left my bag in the hotel and can only hope that I could withdraw money to pay after my meeting. but honestly it was terrible. But I had no problem with other services.

The hotel was not really up to my standards though the environment and customer service were ok, i was just not comfortable with the stained walls, its like it had water sucked up in it

Wow! This hotel is totally amazing, they have excellent staff, clean water and power supply was available. Toiletries were available too, a clean towel was provided and everywhere was very neat. I really had a great time at your hotel

Service was good. Hotel was good just the rooms need tiding up a bit as there were marks on the wall that can be irritating.

The Staff was friendly, but the room was full of cockroaches and stagnant water in the bathtubs not flowing away, everywhere smelling
