I like the hotel but there is no place to pack a car for car owners

The bedsheet is due for a complete change. Client to check before 8 AM for fumigation. The environment was decent, but there was too much noise from surrounding occupants around the hotel.

The hotel is a nice place to stay, but their nonchalant attitude towards complaints is appalling, I told them the TV was not working, the hotel did nothing about it

My stay was awesome and they have a pleasant well-trained staff there cause I was well served...

The hotel was horrible, the rooms were horrible, the tap was not working, the AC was broken..I wanted to manage the night there because I didn't have light in my apartment and immediately I sat on the bed I saw rats, I screamed ran downstairs to get my money, the place looks like an abandoned building, that's the most horrible hotel I have ever been in my life.

My stay was not what I expected, the room was too small and the AC was not working at all

The light was on and off it made the room hot an there was no WiFi, my stay was not what I expected

The hotel was dirty, outside, room and bedspread was very dirty

Conducive environment and friendly receptionists. Neat and clean hotel but no TV in the room, AC was bad.

This is the worst hotel I have ever lodged in my entire life, uncountable mosquitoes in the room, TV not working, intercom not working, AC not working, the toilet not flushing. There was not even a single fridge and wardrobe in any of the rooms as stated above. Good edifice but poor management.

This is a budget hotel as such I was not expecting much from this hotel. My stay was as expected. The room was clean and my bed was made before I got to the hotel. I had an uneventful stay.

Generally, I was comfortable throughout my stay. The services rendered at the hotel was fantastic. The room was well decorated. The toilet and bathroom was clean. The power supply was impressive. The room rates at the hotel was also reasonable and affordable. The staff were nice and humble. I enjoyed my stay

It was really okay. There was no problem at all during my stay. I had all I needed. I really wasn't expecting much but I was satisfied with the arrangement. Many thanks to your helpful staff .

I couldn't check into the initial room I reserved at the hotel, everything was in disarray. I had to upgrade to the highest category at the hotel and I wasn't pleased with my new room either. The walls had weird graffiti on them. What hotel does that?

I checked into this hotel around 10pm expecting to have a good night rest, but I got the worst overnight experience ever. First, the receptionist tried to swindle me, I resisted her and she immediately became rude and insultive for not allowing her insolence. Power supply there is nothing to write home about, as I type this mosquitoes are flying in my face, the rooms have this lurid smell, the facilities in the room appear to have been abandoned, the refrigerator didn't work, the fans are broken, the air conditioning unit is whack, I so regret deciding to spend my night there.
