My stay was so awesome. I had a nice time. the staff were wonderful, my room was so beautiful, the food was delicious, I would rate them 10/10 and I will definitely want to lodge there some other time

I had a nice stay at the hotel.

I had very good stay at the Hotel. The facilities were standard. The staff were very courteous. I absolutely loved my stay at the Hotel and look forward to more visits.

I had a beautiful experience at Kwara Hotel. Check in was smooth and my room was ready for me. Power and water supply was okay. Thanks to Hotels.ng for making the booking easy, to Kwara Hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel could be much better with better management. The intercom extension for reception didn't work, WiFi did not work.

The hotel was underwhelming and failed to impress. I could not get internet services so I could not work while I was there. The hotel lacked important facilities. I had to endure my time there, it was unflattering.

My stay at the hotel was a fair one, the hotel was difficult to locate but the room was very neat and tidy. The hotel do not have a POS machine so I had to leave the hotel and find an ATM machine to make payment which I was not too happy with. They need to work on POS machine and their staff should improve their customer services.

The food was great but you need to bring your hotel up to the modern standard. hotels don't use carpets again, they either use rugs or tiles so please work on all these.

Your hotel was nice but did not have any writing materials, am someone who writes a lot but could not find any materials to write with and even when I asked I never got any.

The hotel services were splendid but I did not like the fact that I had to see dirty wall. It was not a beautiful sight to behold at all. Nice place though.

My stay was okay

Hotel was an ideal relaxation spot away from my busy life, located in a quiet and calm environment. The room given to me was comfortable and spacious but the toilet was bad, there was no trash bin and I noticed a pile of dirt on the corridor. I was glad that I could order meals from my room rather than go down to the restaurant because I came with my children. It was a Good experience.

It was nice, the hotel was so neat, well equipped had fun all through.......promise to patronize your hotel when next I visit.

I enjoyed my stay but at first, i was put in a room that has a smelly rug but i asked my room to be changed. But the aftermath was great.

The hotel was a right, the room was comfortable and the environment was clean. The hotel is old but well equipped with modern facilities but the water heater in the room I stayed was not functioning at all.

The hotel is old but the structure is well maintained. Service was not bad, room was comfortable and neat. But the menu is expensive compare to the menu of any other big hotels in the Nigeria.

I did not believe I could get a maximum satisfaction in Kwara. My stay was very impressive and you can measure the level of the service with big hotels in Lagos, Abuja and port-Harcourt been the centre of Nigeria. It was excellent and satisfactory. The room was extremely comfortable and the workers were polite, friendly and hardworking. They never complained or squeeze face whenever you called.

I woke up in the morning and noticed my bed was soaked with water due to leakage. The maintenance people are aged and their response was slow and the whole place needs overhauling.

The hotel was located in an open area and secured environment of Kwara State and the Services provided was excellent. The hotel is well equipped though I did not use most of it. The only issue I had was that the room was not comfortable for the price I paid; the mattress was very hard which made my sleep not to be peaceful.

Am very familiar with the hotel and I did not have any problems or complaints. The hotel is of a very good standard and my stay is always very okay.

The hotel really needs to work on having a standby power back up because the times I have stayed there, I requested for the sports channel and it did not come up on time which caused me to miss about 20 minutes of the game. The other time there was power interruption and before they could get the light to come on and the booting of the cable, I had also missed part of the game. Little things like this counts and should be taken seriously. Asides this, the hotel was a very nice place to be, I really love the perfect furnishings. The location was central and the security was impressive. There was clean water supply, rooms and bathrooms were sparkling.

There are lot things to be done in the room. There were cockroaches everywhere in the room, and shower was not running. When I entered the room I noticed that the bedspread and pillowcase was dirty and I complained immediately. They should have cleaned the room before checking someone in.

The hotel was not really up to my expectation; this is probably because it is an old hotel. The environment was very neat and tidy and the staffs were efficient and well-mannered.

I have being staying here for 6years and it’s always my first choice any day any time.

I have stayed in kwara Hotel for several times and each time I stayed I’m always impressed with their services. I even wanted to make another reservation for another day but I was told they are fully booked and it was painful to me

The hotel is generally okay, well furnished and the environment is conducive but the hospitality aspect is poor.

The location of this hotel was perfect just opposite the Governor's House. The staffs here were friendly and nice and my room was comfortable enough, constant electricity supply and security was 100%.

The place is okay but not up to the standard to the standard I expected. Though my room was neat and comfortable but the water heater wasn't working I had to bath cold water and it wasn't funny.

I have stayed here for more than 200 times and each of my stay I always had a great time and a new experience. I have never had any cause to complain. Personally, Kwara Hotel is the best hotel so far

My experience was bad, really bad, my room wasn’t comfortable, cockroaches everywhere, bathtub was nothing to write about. I had to call them several times to change my bed spread. I just wasted my money and I would never go back again. Very expensive and they are not up to standard

It is an old hotel but well maintained. My room was comfortable and nice and the breakfast really good and tasty. My only complaint is that there was no towel in my room . I think this is the best hotel in Ilorin.

I was happy with their customer service,the front desk officer was helpful, even the cleaner was not left out, they were all helpful. The food tasted nice and was served hot. I was really impressed with Hotels.ng service. I never believed it could work, I just tried it and it worked. Thanks and keep it up guys.

The hotel was okay but they did not put on the generator at daytime. The wifi was not connecting in some wings.The toilets need to be worked on seriously. I would have loved to have a jotter and biro to use in my room. Anyway, I learnt they are currently renovating the hotel but I think it is going on slowly.

I and my friends had a lovely time at the hotel.The customer care at the hotel was awesome.Would definitely go to the hotel when I am in Kwara

In my own Candid opinion,Kwara Hotel is a lievable place,to me it is amongst the best in Kwara .I had no issues at all.The environment is clean and the security at the hotel is ok.
