I stayed at this hotel in the month of April 2018, for a day or so. It was terrible in the following aspects; and when I had to visit Abuja again on 7th August 2018, I called the hotel again and asked if the issues has been resolved. As a marketing gimmick it was ensured that the things has been taken care of and this time the experience would be very different. Little I knew that I fell into marketing gimmick. In short, your hotel is Big with the worst kind of management and I am sure this would be causing a big dent on your profitably too. Internet: If in today's world WiFi does not work and over months the speed is nil, I must say it is the baddest of place for any business person. I changed 2 rooms last time and this time also. On a daily basis, I made requests as well as did make some noise and no one listened. Food: The heart of any hotel is its restaurant, from morning complimentary to evening drinks and dinner. With the kind of money you are taking from clients, you are offering the worst breakfast. Since its complimentary and people have to start their day early, they have no choice. It is pathetic. There is no variety and the Chef had no idea what to do. This is first hotel where even you don’t get desserts. The dinner is equally worst. That is the reason you have fewer resident guests for dinner and leave leave outside guests. Rooms: The rooms are in pathetic shape. The toilet roll holder was on the ground when I checked in. The 2 chairs in the room were dirty to the core and smelly. The layout of the study table has no connection for laptop. The tea and coffee holder paper was torn off. I showed this to your duty manager. On a very serious note, even a one star hotel in Delhi is better than your huge building with no content. This is a first hotel where for 4 days you can’t have the audience of the General Manager. From the 2nd day to the last day; from morning, afternoon, evening he is in meetings. No one has the authority to call him, if the client has issues what the General Manager's job is?

My stay was good at the hotel. The room was comfortable: clean sheets with facilities in good working condition. The bathroom and and toilet clean and properly maintained. Pretty good customer services as well.

I enjoyed my stay. On arriving to the hotel i was giving a worm welcome at the reception. The room was comfortable and clean room, the environment is calm and breezy, I also used their health service fitness, swimming pool,and free WiFi services.

Stayed there twice and was satisfied with the service. It is a fairly new hotel and facilities are still in good shape. The front desk could be more courteous.

Newton park service quality is zero!!! I called in a couple of times to make enquiries before making a reservation only to be told bluntly that I should have gotten all the information I needed the 1st time I called & I was hung up on. Talk about hospitality...

This my second time of staying and I indeed enjoyed my stay compare to the first time came. The environment was very clean, room was comfortable and the service quality was great.
