Reviews of Excel Oriental Hotel

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I had no issues checking in and out of the place.The staff were nice and friendly. The room was okay and comfortable to stay in. The food served was okay too. In all, there was good service delivery and I got value for the money spent. I would give an eight over ten rating.

Initially I was not comfortable with everything at the hotel. The gate man was rude to me and my wife could not watch Zee world on the Dstv because the person who was in charge of changing the TV stations was not around. But my room was conducive and neat and food was affordable.

Excel Oriental Hotel is a very good hotel and I can see them getting more and more guests coming to lodge. The hotel staff is always ready to work. The air condition in my room was not functioning properly but then a staff tried to fix it even though it never worked but I am glad I was attended to unlike other hotels with slow workers. The room was clean upon check in likewise the environment. I will rate the hotel 7 out of a total score of 10.

Your hotel is very nice, the room service, environment and everything was very satisfactory. My only minor complain is that your toilet seats look old. Not like it is dirty but I have seen far more better seats in Lagos for that price. It will be to nice if you can make this improvement. Besides this, I had a really, really good stay.

My stay at Excel Oriental Hotel was okay. The hotel is actually a nice place but needs a little improvement by the staff and management. The power supply was not at its best which is really bad and needs improvement and also fumigation is necessary to remove rodents.

I had a nice time at the hotel left for the little leakage I had in the room which was adequately fixed cos i was given another room... the environment was calm and beautiful...I got an excellent service from the hotel.

Everything went well at the hotel, their environment was calm and quiet, their customer service too was good

My stay at the hotel was fine and good....they have a very good customer service, well tidy and clean environment......they should just try and improve on the quality of their beddings, the bed spread, pillow covers and the likes....apart from that the hotel was quite great

Water shower heater takes a longer time to pick up and the cooling system kept tripping on and off. We also had issue with our light but it was rectified immediately I complained. In all, my stay was okay, the staffs were wonderful and locating the place was not difficult. The environment is habitable and secured.

This is an international standard hotel with comfortable rooms, well secured and clean environment, the hotel is also very close to the airport. But they need a little improvement in terms of the services provided.
