Disorganized, Lacks etiquettes.

The receptionist was very rude. The receptionist and the workers are obviously illiterate or have no sense of belonging because they acted like one.

the hotel was cool and my stay was splendid... the customer service was great, room and environment was always clean and tidy. the management should try and communicate well with hotel.ng to have a track record of those that made online reservation to avoid embarrassing the customers.

I made a reservation for a friend here and she complained that most of their facilities were not functioning and her room wasn't comfortable. So, she left the next day.
