My stay was satisfactory.

Terrible stay with bad customer service. The receptionist is very rude, no proper room check up.

My stay was fair enough but the hotel needs to work on employing more staff. The room was quite neat and spacious. There was constant supply of water and electricity also. I enjoyed my stay.

It was good staying at the hotel. I got the value for the price paid. The hotel was just perfect for relaxation, the environment was serene and peaceful. The room was comfortable, properly cleaned with lovely furniture. I enjoyed my stay.

I did not enjoy my stay at Royal Emerald Hotel. I was welcomed properly, the exterior look of the hotel was encouraging but on getting into my room, I was not so convinced because I expected better. My room had no internet service which I was told was present and also at night, there were cockroaches moving about in my room which disgusted me. I think your hotel needs fumigation.

This is the first time am booking through Hotels.ng and checking into Royal Emerald hotel. My stay there was AWFUL as in I couldn't sleep through out the night because the corridor was cooler than my room. The AC wasn't working fine then at night it stopped completely. I called out they came and fixed it and it started again but was noisy this time. I had to manage it that way till morning. More so, their toilet facilities needs to be worked on because the bathroom and toilet was funny and no toiletries for me to use. Not until I complained then I was given soap and tissue only. I never knew I had a room mate not until at night I was battling with cockroaches. Though they had good and polite staff and also their food was good too. Am so surprise that such an hotel could be in existence. I rate them 4.5.

I recently lodged at Emerald Hotel, the reception staff was friendly but very professional, the location seemed secure and off the beaten track. My room was clean, the ac worked quite well but had to switch it off I got cold. The service was good in general, the food was okay and drinks at right temperature. I will definitely be returning there again.

Ok! So ma husband had a meeting in lagos and we secide to sat here for a night. @ bout 4pm, u cud hear d staffs calling out whoever, the banging of d doors et al. The noise was so bad, i had a headache. @ bout 6pm, there was no water in d bathroom, though i complained and dis was fixed in mins. I woke up to no light in ma room the next morning, went to complain and was told "the engineer is working on it". Wud i visit again "No". Would i recommend "No". The only good thing bout this hotel is the secured location. Honest review.
