I like the hotel and I enjoyed my stay . It's not the first time I am using it, you can say I am a bit loyal to the hotel but it's hard not to be. The staff are ever friendly and helpful. The facilities were functioning and everything was in place. Please keep up the good work.

The services rendered at the hotel were not good enough. The hotel needs to improve on its customer service. The room service was not swift to response and the staff were not helpful in anyway. The water heater in the bathroom did not function well. It was not a delightful stay.

The hotel is beautiful, it still looks new. The rooms are lovely with nice paintings, the bathroom is really big and neat. The only problem I had with them is that they arent timely enough in terms of service and there wasn't hot water running in the bathroom. Apart from that the experience was nice.

This hotel is a new so everything is still up to the standard. My stay was fine and good, the staffs were very efficient and young.
