I am not really the complaining type as i really hate it, But then if you are paying for a service you expect the best. On arrival my room was not cleaned, even after it was cleaned it was still dirty. I asked for the WIFI password and they told me they had run out of data, Where does that happen really? The ACs was not working and the ones that did made so much noise it was unbearable. The toilet had a bad smell and there was a brush in it which I had to remove! There was neither soap nor tissue in the toilet. I had to buy it myself. The hotel is not well kept and there is need for better management.

The hotel was messy, not an organized place. I did not like it at all. They have a zero conduct.

Akalaka Guest House is very dirty and disgusting.

I was not satisfied with the quality of the facilities i saw there, please improve. However, your staffs are good.
