The hotel is a dead place, I couldn't stay there.

This hotel is a beautiful one and with exquisite design. I am pleased with the customer service I received from the staff. They were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and beds really comfy.

My stay at the Orchid Hotels was sweet. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel as the proximity of the hotel to the location of the program I attended was great. The hotel had a large parking space which was nice even though it looked old-fashioned. The environment was very quiet and conducive for relaxation. I would really recommend friends to the hotel as it is very convenient.

Wow, my stay was short but great and the place is beauiful.

It was fine but you can always do better. I feel satisfied with what you offered but you can do better.

The hotel offered us more than I had expected. I could gladly express myself and adpt quickly to the environment. This is a fantastic hotel.

the hotel was ok also with the environment and customer service. i would like the management to please check each rooms out for renovation for more comfort of each customers that lodge in. i enjoyed the value for my money

my stay was just manageable, the quality service was too high for the low service rendered, the hotel structure is also old, i really can\'t recommend this to anyone besides, the swimming pool was not cool to swim also with the gym. it was just there

This Hotel seems to be forgotten by the owners. The Phone didn't work throughout my stay, and despite numerous complaints, nothing was done. There was no room service, (assuming the phone would work for me to call them) . The floors aren't carpeted, but there's no disposable pair of slippers, or anything like that. The fridge was off throughout, empty, and probably the reason i saw a cockroach sauntering across the room. There were sockets with naked wires sticking out of them. the Split AC was making so much noise, I had to adjust the blades till the noise reduced. One good thing in the place is the 32 inch flat screen TV in the room. about 3 or 4 watchable channels.. CNN, Africa magic.. There was loud music playing till late evening from the pool side, even though nobody seemed to be there. There was an advert in the room about car hire, Not a single phone number with which to call them! The bathroom facility was ok, good shower with hot water, large mirror, and branded soap, shower gel and shampoo. No toothpaste, however. The Dining was fair, with a buffet served. Table setting was rather weak, in my opinion . breakfast was a total joke,
