I enjoyed my stay but the television was not working perfectly well I couldn't even change channels.

At around 4:am this morning the water wasn't ruining, even the air conditioner wasn't working which I had to go down stair to look for solution.

I really enjoyed staying at hotel, I wish I had so much time left on my hand so that I could stay longer, I liked the environment and my room was very cold. The food took sometime, but I must say that it was worth the wait, the meal was very delicious and the lady that the kitchen was also very nice, your hotel is really nice with great team.

The hotel was great but it took them too much time to bring the food i ordered for. But, it was a great time i had in the hotel though.

I just Wana use this medium to inform the management and owner of this hotel dat I enjoyed my stay last month but u should look into the issue of offing the light for 3 to4 hrs which is nt encouraging at all.thanks

There was interruption in electricity supply; they normally put off the generator around 7pm and if there is no Nepa light everywhere will be in total darkness. Tap was not running in my room, they had to use bucket to fetch water for me. Environment was not friendly and staff were not willing to work. I ordered for food around 11pm and I was told no food available. I had to tip the guy before he agreed to prepare something for me. The food he brought was half done and the meat has rotten. I told the manager the 2nd day and the only thing he could say was sorry. There are a lot of things to be done.

Generally I got value for my money here; from the comfort of the room to the neatness of the environment. The food also tasted good and affordable. Locating the hotel was very easy. The staffs also did their best and the security officer at the entrance appeared professional.

It was a pleasant stay except for some issues that made me a little uncomfortable: water from the tap in the bathroom was very brownish in colour, wireless connection in the room was not working and toothpaste was not provided. Staff were welcoming and responsive.
