The room they gave me was so bad, like an abandoned room, I was not comfortable had to check out the next day

Disappointment and terrible experience

Booked this hotel through Hotel.ng Checked in on 28th may 2023 with a promise that the hotel offers complimentary breakfast. When I asked I was told the that is only noodles they offer as complimentary breakfast and had to pay for the oat I requested and the noodle took about an hour to be served. No wifi. I was given so called wifi login details which didn't connect till I left the hotel two days later Very poor porter services room service

My stay was wow. The food was very nice, customer service excellent. Serene environment. Everything was perfect and worth it.

I stayed in the hotel and it was a wonderful experience. I liked everything about the hotel. I got a nice room, the food was very nice, the Air Conditioning unit functioned perfectly. It was all good, I had nothing to complain about.
