My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The services at the hotel were way below my expectations. Although, the room was very nice and comfortable but it had lots of mosquitoes in it and the air condition was faulty. The hotel was not up to standard.

I was 'wowed' by the ease at which I travelled this time. My reservation was well handled and I had a nice time even at the hotel. Many thanks.
