Reviews of Plateau Hotel

The hotel need to be renovated, they have a very bad facilities, poor management. the staffs are unaccommodating.

My stay was okay at the hotel, the environment is serene and neat. Water supply available throughout my stay at the hotel and the room was spacious and well furnished. Clean towel was provided also but they need to work more on power supply.

I had a really good stay at your even though I was a bit sceptical about the quality of your hotel because of how affordable it is. But I have no reservations recommending this hotel to those on a budget, it's 'cheap' and nice.

Poor customer service, the staff needs to be trained

Well, all the facilities mentioned on the site were not as it is in the hotel. But i quite understand that it ia advertisement. But overall it was a plesant stay and i would come back

Everything was okay. The only issue was the power which was not on for 24hours.

The hotel is averagely okay but there was no standby generator. I slept all through the night without electricity. I also noticed that the mattress, bed, and chair were very old. However, the environment is clean, the rate is affordable and the staffs were friendly to me.

It is a very old hotel, facilities needs to be upgraded to modern standard. I must commend the security, it is a very safe place.

I love the way the staff at the hotel treated me. Nice customer service!
