Reviews of Orion Hotels

Upon my check-in on 25/6/2020, I was given a room with faulty AC with a fan. The heat in the room was unbearable so I went to the reception for a change of room. One of the girls was rude, she said this "there's no other room for you and you should be happy that you got this one". The girl lacks the capacity to attend to people. I ended passing the night inside the car. I strongly suggest that such mannerless personnel should be deployed to the hotel's Kitchen.

Good services were rendered to me at the hotel. The environment was nice and conducive to stay in. The staff were nice and friendly. The facilities available were fully functional. Totally nice place and I will definitely visit again

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. The facilities were substandard. The bathroom and toilet was not as clean as it should be, there was mucus on the water closet. The meal served at the hotel was not nice also.

I admire everything about your hotel, you people are just fabulous. You receive your guest very well and you ensure everyone leaves with a nice experience. In the long run, this is good business for you. I will be making use of your hotel whenever I come around. Nice work!

The hotel was below my expectation especially for the price the rooms were sold. Nevertheless, the room was spacious and neat. The bathroom was clean and hot water was running . The customer service was prompt and responsive. They just need to put so many things in place and be more organised.
