Reviews of Quixotel Luxury Rooms

This hotel has good and comfortable room, affordable and delicious meals and beautiful building. Not only attractive on the outside but also has good facilities in it. The hotel has friendly and efficient staff, they were really helpful during my stay. The environment was neat too, with a large parking space. Good level of security, nice location. I will definitely come back.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel, as such I was glad that I had to lodge for only a night. I had a lot of issues while checking in because the room I booked was not available. So I had to wait for some of the guests to check out before I could check into my room. Secondly the room was filled with mosquitoes. Water was not running properly, the shower was bad, the bucket available was leaking. Also there was no burglary for the windows. I really think a lot of work needs to be done in this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was not too good and the way I was attended to at the reception was very poor. The room was not clean, their power supply was not constant and there was no good internet connection. I managed to stay at the hotel because of the location.

Everything about the hotel was great, the environment, rooms and also the customer service all meets my standard.
