Please try not to visit this hotel, everything in this hotel to the smallest detail is very dirty

The hotel was okay but the challenge was that they have no gym.

Their services are quite manageable. The rooms are not up to standard but it was not bad though. They can improve on their services.

I must say the service at this hotel is really poor and they are all about the money. In the other hotels I've stayed in, I pay for my room after I may have settled in or even at check out. But here, they insisted I paid in full on arrival without even seeing the room. Although I was pleased with the standard of the room, the staff were not so pleasant.

I regret lodging into this hotel but I had no choice. I got no value for my money, I was displeased with all their services. I do not want to keep such bad memories. All I can say is that the hotel should improve all of their services ranging from customer service, security, catering service, hospitality to mention a few. You should seek to satisfy guest in all ramifications, rather than being more interested in the money.

My stay was good, customer service was very responsive to my needs and complaints. Everything went well but my only problem is that I was given one key to access everything and we were two in the room there by making it difficult to go out or do things. I will have to knock and disturb my partner when I come back for him to open the door, I will need to get up 50 times at night when the light is changed from Nepa to Gen or vise versa before I can put on the Air- condition or other electrical appliance. This made me feel bad about the hotel and will not like to visit again.

I had a really good stay, and I have to commend the hotel for their great services. The place is properly run and the environment is soothing. This is my first time of using both Hotels.ng and the hotel and it was really nice and convenient for me. I would recommend them.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is very nice and has to be among the best hotels in Kaduna. Their quality of service is very impressive and the rooms are super comfortable and clean.

My stay at the hotel was fine, it was okay, it was marvellous, it was sweet, it was the best hotel i have ever seen in Kaduna, there was hardly any noise, they have no shortcomings, everything about the hotel is great
