The hotel is fair for the price.

The quality of service here is bad.

My stay at the hotel was a good one. I encountered no issues checking in and out of the place. The environment was cool and welcoming with good customer services. The room I stayed in was well cleaned and the bathroom was also properly maintained. All the facilities available worked quite well and there was constant water and power supply. I would give a six over ten rating and I most definitely would like to stay at the hotel again.

My stay in the hotel was quite a good one, I had no issues checking in. My room was comfortable and neat. There was constant supply of electricity throughout my stay .The staff were friendly and the environment was very peaceful. I enjoyed my stay no doubts.

The environment is peaceful, and the security was professional enough. The hotel is really a place to be, I am so impressed with the way the staff were respectful and quick with their duties. My room was neat and and comfortable, their food was delicious and all facilities were working perfectly. I hope to use the hotel when I visit again.

My stay was not too good at the hotel. The room I stayed in was not well cleaned and the television set was not showing clearly. Mosquitoes were not left out, they had a joyous meal with my body. There should be items for making tea available in the room.

I had a forgettable time at your hotel. Everything looked nice until it was evening that day. Mosquitoes swarm into the room in their numbers. I had issues with your hygiene too. The waste basket was never emptied throughout my stay even when I would go out and drop my key with the front desk, I will come and meet everything like I left it. It doesn't speak well of the quality of your services and leaves much to be desired.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel at all, there was no power supply, the food was bad, I had to battle with mosquitoes throughout the night because they didn't have any insecticide. The hotel has only 1 attendant which made the whole checking in process very slow, I was really disappointed.

I have used your hotel before and had a nicer experience then. Our rooms had to be changed since a number of things weren't working. I wonder why they checked us into it in the first place. I also noticed that you have a little problem with crowd, especially when the hotel is fully booked, it appears overly crowded. If you can't improve just go back to how you used to be before.

I found UNIBEN guesthouse to be quite pocket friendly, its located in a serene and calm part of the campus, perfect for hibernating. Its a simple, no - frills place with the bare minimums. The rooms and bathroom facilities are fairly clean and stocked with basic toiletries. The air condition and water heater worked just fine, the power supply was very constant (my major concern). Overall, for the sum of N6500, it is a very good bargain. Also the staff were pretty cautious. I would recommend it to the - sensitive traveler!

The hotel is a good place, very hospitable and efficient staff. The environment is serene and clean, the rooms are well structured. There was hot water running in the bathroom, the necessary toiletries were in place but they need to work on the intercom, it was really stressful going to reception to give orders.

This is a very terrible hotel. The customer service workers were extremely rude. The room was very untidy, the bed had dirty blanket, dirty pillowcase. The bathroom had leaking pipes and the water was dirty also. There is nothing good about this hotel. I am never going back there as they are very terrible. The meal was okay, the environment also but the room and the staff were irritating.

The hotel was totally different from what I expected, the hotel needs total renovation. The hotel was not looking good at all, my room was a very dirty,the duvet was stained all over, the bed spread was dirty too, the towel I was given looks like a rag, they need to work on their services and cleanliness.

This hotel isn't very good. There's a lot of room for improvement. I didn't like the fact that there were cockroaches in the room, they need to really tidy up their rooms. But we liked the restaurant, though. It was really neat and their meal was really delicious.

I don't event understand the essence of rating this guest house. I had a horrible stay there. The environment and virtually everything about the hotel needs to be a whole lot better than it currently is.

I have stayed here on a couple of occasions in the past and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere greatly, as well as the professional and courteous staff, however, this time my stay was not as I expected. There was no internet connection, the water boiler in the bathroom was not functioning and the entrance to the hotel rooms become very once it rains. I think these are the major issues that should be taken into consideration.

I and my family had a very horrible experience throughout. There was no light in the day, only at night. The mosquitoes bites were too much, I had to buy pesticide by myself because I had 2 small children with me. The water heater wasn't working, we had to call and beg the reception to get us hot water, etc. The university needs to manage the guest house better. It reflects very badly on them.

Uniben guest house, very good and its within the University of Benin. Good for you if you have an academic function in Benin.
