Warm reception, some facilities were not working, water heater is bad.

Lekota Springs Hotel was safe and easy to locate. Environment was comfortable, the room service was awesome, their staff were well behaved, friendly and polite. Water and power supply was available and food was delicious and affordable. My room was tidy and I do not have any complaint at all, I rested soundly all through my stay. It was an excellent stay.

My stay was good. Although I feel the hotel needs to improve on their standard. The furniture in my room was very shabby, the door to the bathroom was bad and I could not close properly and also the towel was dirty .Overall , their service are good and I hope they improve so I can stay here again in future

Generally, my stay was not too pleasant but manageable. I was not comfortable with the room I booked for so, I changed to the room and it was far better. I enjoyed my stay but the fact that there was no hot water was a bit challenging for me because I don’t like to shower with cold water.
