Reviews of Surulere Guest House

The place looks hazardous, the toilet was dirty, mosquitoes, no cross ventilation, bad beddings, dust everywhere, the receptionist was really bad, bad customer service. power shut down in the night.

I had a nice stay.

I was checked into a very comfortable room at Surulere Guest House hotel. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel services did not disappoint me. I will definitely return.

My stay was terrible, for that hotel to be located in Surulere I felt it would have been a really nice place but I was really disappointed. Firstly the hotel needs a whole lot of renovation or if they can't run the hotel, the management should give investors to upgrade it and they should increase the price, it will be better that way. Secondly, when I got into the room I was given, the room was really bad, the floor was dusty, the bed was not nice, the bed sheet was also very dirty. The fan in the room also made a whole lot of noise. The management should renovate the hotel and improve on their facilities.

My stay at the hotel was good albeit brief. I checked out the following day after checking in. The staff were very understanding and came to my aid more than once. It's just a normal guest house nothing extraordinary.

The hotel is not bad but I did not get what I was expecting. I had to change my room before I was comfortable .

My stay was good though it could have been better. Their service was good and there was no noise. Although there was no intercom but the guy at the hotel made sure everything went well. At least for the rate, it is a nice hotel.
