The hotel was okay and very comfortable, services provided by the staff was excellent but I think the hotel is not very secured because of where it’s located.

The services rendered at the hotel was not what I expected. The air conditioning unit in the room never functioned till I checked out. I complained about it to the staff but they kept on telling me it will come on later at night which never did. As such I was compelled to checkout earlier than I would have. The smell of the room was not pleasant. However, the location of the hotel is good but I don't think I will like to visit again.

my experience was terrible, i regretted paying that much for the hotel, i didnt get any value for my money, i had to change rooms 3 times to know how worse it was, br=efore moving to another hotel...everthing was bad, the service, rooms and all
