The hotel lacks good customer service. They manager was rude and insulting and she lacks manner of approach.

The place is nice no doubt but way they are changing light is so annoying , and I found cockroach in the room which i didn't like it.

My stay was not too nice, the noise coming from the generator was too disturbing, and they had to off the A.c at some point.

They should work on the environment in terms of making it clean and the bathroom, and as there was no steady light.
