My stay was good both inside and outside was nice

Room was flooded, completely unfit for human inhabitation. Poor service in general. Avoid.

I was at the hotel for a day, 28th April 2021. slept in room 109, when I checked out someone called me accusing me a stealing a towel that was never provided. No apology. Customer service was awful.

It was fair, although they was no light on my first night.

A great place to be, everything was nice.

My stay was amazing, There was no challenge at all.

The hotel is very centrally located and private. The rooms are clean and modern and the staff were exceptional and assisted me whenever I asked. The food is very good with pleasant staff. If someone is looking for a nice quiet place with personal service in Lagos, this is the place.

The hotel's management and staff were friendly and always there to attend to my needs. I received a very warm reception while I was checking in. The hotel had a very calm and clean environment. The room was well furnished and homely. I got the value for the money paid.

Although this hotel is located in a busy part of the city, it offers tranquility and peace from the congestion around. It was good stay there. The staff were very nice and I was satisfied with their hospitality.

The location of the hotel was really okay for me with a clean and serene environment. I also enjoyed the food and the staff were well behaved and friendly. I was welcomed by a very good receptionist and also taken to my room. I enjoyed the meals, the customer service was efficient. Water supply and power supply was constant too, it's truly a place to be.

My stay at the hotel was not bad. It was really a comfortable place for me. The environment was peaceful and beautiful. The hotel's attendants were so nice and helpful. My room was well arranged and had the necessary facilities. There was no complaint throughout my stay at all.

My stay at the hotel was perfect. Although nothing more than I expected. There constant electricity, top notch customer service, well prepared meals and affordable rates. It was a good one for me.

My stay at the hotel was good.The hotel was clean and beautiful and had excellent customer service but the hotel didn't provide toiletries, no water heater and there was no towel. I made my complaints known to the staff at the hotel and they explained they are going through renovation but that doesn't mean that they should not provide the facilities that would make the guest comfortable.They need to really work on their services.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel ,but I think the hotel should step up their maintenance culture. The AC in the room I stayed at was bad and water wasnt running properly.

I did not really enjoy my stay at all; I feel the hotel should have more of young and fast people, for proper effectiveness of their duties

Nice, small and very clean hotel. Stayed at the suite with my family for 4nights. Warm staff.Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Lagos

I really had fun at the hotel. Everything went out well. The staff were friendly,smart and helpful. The room is clean,comfortable and well arranged.

The hotel was good and nice, It was up to expectation. The environment was quiet, atmosphere was conducive. The food taste great and nice but expensive. All the facilities are working fine. The room was big with a comfortable bed.
