Reviews of Jabita Intercontinental Hotel

I used to hear of the place but it turns out it was over hyped. I intended staying 3 nights but had a rethink when I met the power situation. Power was erratic, it should improve.

I extended my stay at the hotel because my schedule was changed not because I wanted to. My stay was marred by irregular power but everything else was good. I hope the power situation improves.

It was a horrible experience, the power was gone for a whole 24 hours. The hotel had poor customer service, I order for food from room service, they promised 15 minutes but they ended up bringing the food in 2 hours. I was surprise at the level of their slow response to service.

I had a bad time with your hotel because the room toilet was bad, there was not water heater and i had to get hot water from down stairs,to make it worst I paid higher that some people with the same room as mine.

i believe the hotel needs to work on the management.the hotel needs to be updated,extensive renovation is a must.

My stay was fairly okay. The management need to renovate the place especially the bathroom to make the place more conducive and homely for their guest

The place wasn't up to the standard at all. The place was dirty and dusty; I just managed to stay for a night. I would never go back again.

To an extent I feel they could offer better than this; menu at the restaurant very was disappointing, service quality is also nothing to write home about, generator kept going off and on. Hotel needs to improve their standard but Location was just perfect.

The place is okay and there is a cordial relationship among the staff and they are very hospitable. But my room wasn't comfortable because of the size.
