Reviews of Sikky Rolex Hotel

Headquarter of mosquitoes. The hospitality is very bad. I slept there for 5days I regretted ever lodging there. They are very dirty .

Bed infested with bugs, bathroom not nice. Zero comfort.

I booked the hotel on behalf of one of my guests and he said that he had a good stay at the hotel. He was well treated and all the facilities available there were fully functional.

My check-in was as smooth as my check-out. The staff were courteous and very respectful, ever ready to help. My room was neat and the bathroom was really clean. The bed was also very soft and comfortable, I had a lovely stay at the hotel and I have no complaint whatsoever.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was dissatisfied with what I saw. First the staff was rude and when I asked to see the person in charge, the owner came but he was just as rude as his staff. When I saw the room reserved for me, I was irritated. I had to pay for a higher room but that one was just slightly less irritable. I could only spend one out of the four days I was to stay at the hotel because the hotel was really bad. They really need to work on improving their facilities and getting customer - friendly staff.

My stay at the hotel was not impressive at all even though the hotel was easy to locate,the room was not too clean.Water supply was not available that we had to use bucket to get water,no intercom,no internet connection,the staff was rude, nonchalant and too slow.The hotel needs to work on their maintenance,cleanliness,and security.

My stay at the hotel was okay,the environment was clean and beautiful They also have excellent customer service but their power supply was not constant.They really need to work on that.
