I enjoyed my stay, the hotel staff was friendly and calm

It was manageable, I rated them 3/10

The kitchen service was poor, it took them an hour to bring me breakfast I Left out of anger and yesterday when I requested for food it is was the same thing.

My stay was bad, the tap was not working, the shower, the fridge, the television, the remote, the Ac was not working, so many things were not working there. It's was very bad.

I didn't enjoy my stay because there was a lot of mosquitoes and the room was bad, the shower in the bathroom was not working.

The Ac did not work properly, same as the television, but the customer service was good.

The hotel is okay, but they should put foot mat in all their rooms, and keep them tidy. Also they were cobwebs in the room.

I was disappointed at the hotel, there was no waste basket in the room, no foot mat in the bathroom. The hotel is up to standard.

I enjoyed my stay, but the hotel needs more improvement as some facilities were bad.

I enjoyed every bit of my stay here. Room, customer service was excellent. I was very comfortable both inside and outside.

My stay was fairly good, they was no internet service available.

I did not have a good experience. They was no water in the bathroom.

These hotel is the worst so far. There were yellow stains everywhere, the toilet and bath were absolutely disgusting. The sockets are hazardous, the only good thing there was 24hr air conditioning. The food disgraceful, I will never go there again ever in my bloody life!

The bathroom, toilet is rubbish. No wifi, the hotel is not a good hotel.

Can you train your staff on telephone etiquette at least? I called and someone picked up the phone and answered as if it was a market place. The facilities there were quite okay though.

The hotel is a nice place to be and indeed, it was a nice time I had there. The environment was clean, serene and cool. The staff were nice and friendly. The facilities available were working well. The room was well cleaned. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The sheets were cleaned and the house keepers came regularly to clean the bathroom.

The hotel is not bad but at the same time it is not so good. The water heater was not working, the room door had no handle thereby putting me at a security risk. The staff generally rendered poor services to me so much that I was tempted to see the manager but I just had to keep my cool. Other facilities were just okay.

Standard hospitality service is strictly the watchword at this hotel. I was made very comfortable. Though I had to pay slightly higher than what I planned for, it was worth it. Power was uninterrupted. I hope to stay here again sometime.

There was poor power supply in the hotel during the day and the generator could not power the air conditioning unit in the room. Although, the staff were friendly and nice and the services rendered at the hotel were affordable.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I was welcomed warmly into the hotel. The room service was awesome, I ordered for lunch and it was brought to me in no time. The hotel has a really nice structure which I admired. The power supply was great, I will like to visit again.

The hotel is quite up to the standard and beautiful. I really enjoyed every minute I spent at the hotel, it was easy to locate and very clean. The environment was serene, calm, refreshing and comfortable. Food was delicious and affordable, all the facilities were functioning effectively. My room was spacious and it had a functioning air conditioning unit, fridge and television. I also had a bathroom and toilet to my self and customer service was excellent too. I was so happy because the hotel maintained the standard I enjoyed during my honey moon in 2012 when I stayed there, I had a wonderful experience at hotel and will like to use the hotel again soon. I am Impressed!

My stay at the nice,the hotel was nice and calm, I love the location and serenity of the environment., it was absolutely conducive. Their room service was prompt and efficient and all facilities were modern and new. Water and power supply was available throughout my stay and their food was delicious and affordable. The hotel is a good place to be, I am highly impressed with their services and would love to stay again.

My stay at Golden Destiny Hotel was a good stay. I enjoyed the meals and also the customer service. My only problem with the hotel is the bathroom, it was not conducive at all, I did not like it. I hope the hotel sees this through and improve their bathrooms.

Although we were in a hurry so I did not get a chance to really use the facilities but the room and security was okay. They need to do more maintenance especially with the switch in the rooms.

This is the hotel I usually stay and I have never had any complaints but this time it was terrible. Everything was wrong. The room was dirty and nothing was functioning properly. The bathroom and toilet was bad. There was no hot water to have my bath. The towel I was given was dirty and it had holes in it. Thankfully my reservation was for only one night so I just had to manage.

This hotel is a lovely one, they have friendly staff and good people around. Although the AC in my room was as good as not working and the hot water bath did not work also, above all my stay was a lovely one. The DSTV was turned on for a very long time.

The hotel is nice and clean but I was not comfortable with the Power instability. Everything would have been perfect if the light was stable.

From arrival to departure, I was treated like a special guest. I had no trouble with my stay at all.

I stayed here and I enjoyed my stay, light was constant, water was available all through my stay and the service was superb. Location was easily accessible and well secured.

I think the hotel has diligent workers; they were very helpful and courteous. That was what I particularly enjoyed about the hotel.
