I was stranded and wanted to lodge at Ayotoz being the closest to my location. But the gate was locked, I banged severally, the guy at the reception turn off the lights and ignored my knocking. very terrible customer service.

I like the hotel and really enjoyed my stay there. The environment is very serene and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. They also serve palatable food as well, so it's a very good deal for the money paid.

I had a terrible stay. It was so bad that I didn't sleep throughout the night. Mosquitoes and bedbugs kept me up all night.I believe that proper fumigation should be done in the hotel to get rid of all those bugs so that the place can be comfortable to stay in.

Not a minute of sleep. I battled bedbugs all night long. My stay here was a complete waste of money. I would have been better off sleeping on the floors of a filling station.

I checked into the hotel and my stay was fine there. I had no issues checking in and out. The staff were nice and efficient. The environment was cool and quiet, the room was comfortable and well clean. I would rate the hotel above average for the good services rendered to me.

I checked into the Single room with A.C as seen online, but there was no A.C. The customer service was very good, but the rooms were dirty and unkempt. It was horrible.
