My stay was good and pleasant, the room was clean and beautiful, Water and Power Supply was available, the meal was delicious and affordable, I was impressed with the Customer Service, they were efficient and friendly.

I was impressed with the hotel and the welcome at the reception was nice. The room was neat and there was water, internet service and constant power supply. The meals were delicious and affordable. I had a nice time and will visit again.

My stay at the hotel was okay. I complained about mosquitoes and before I got back from work they had already fumigated the room and there was no mosquitoes again. Their staffs were efficient and friendly. Water was available and also the power supply was constant. I am impressed with their service and would visit again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My experience is really what anybody will call enjoyment.

The hotel is very lovely,. They have a neat place, nice location, very quiet also.I really love the pool side, as the water is well treated. I will recommend them and I also look forward to visiting this place again soon.

My stay was okay, although the facilities and services i got did not meet my expectation, It still was not a bad choice. I think the management should do little face lift, like general painting and all.

My stay in this hotel was not nice at all, It wasn't what I actually expected. The facilities were bad, I wasn't satisfied with their services as well. The hotel has a perfect location and is well secured but management has to do something about the hotel facilities and services.

Your hotel is just manageable. The staffs are friendly and their service is great but the hotel needs a face lift. It would look better if the walls are painted again.

My room was very clean, cheap price, they also have a very friendly staff. Breakfast nice on the whole except for the eggs. Bathroom was clean enough, The entire hotel environment was up to standard. Very nice location, The service quality was great, I must commend that. I was so comfortable and relaxed knowing that the hotel was really secured.

Your hotel needs proper renovation, its a very big compound that so many things can be done with, many things can be put in place, but so many of your facilities are old and not working, with renovation everything will be different. I think there should also be better customer care service, every other thing was good, I liked the fact that the environment is very clean and neat, and the meals were delicious.

This is a nice hotel to stay. The rooms and decor are simple and casual, and the shower overlooking the water was fantastic. Very lovely facilities, the atmosphere in the morning and daytime are incredibly relaxing and if you have time to enjoy one of their fitness classes out on the deck or luxuriate over their simple but beautiful breakfast. The staff were so nice and welcoming, The environment was quiet and lovely. I will definitely visit some other time.

I did not really enjoy myself, I was intending on staying for two nights but since I did not really like your place I had to left, its not the place is bad but the management is too poor, staff not knowing what to do and making customer wait or call their attention before you are been attend to.

Staying at your hotel was great but the internet kept on going on and off.

To start with, internet service in my room did not work I had to go to lobby before I could have access to the internet. When this hotel was newly built, it was good and always looks forward to stay here but now I can’t stay here, even if it’s for free. The hotel lack maintenance.

The hotel was okay but I couldn't use the Wi-Fi, i was asked to pay extra N500 for an hour apart from the money i paid for lodging in the hotel, so also they put a rat trap in the room and i happen to step on it and it was so sticky and disgusting, it is really not cool

They should update their clients on the kind of rooms they have so that when a customer books for a room, he/she does not get to the hotel to meet what he/she did not reserve.

My stay at the hotel was a good one, i enjoyed every moment spent there....their customer service was great and they have a lovely and well tidy environment. To the management..they should just keep improving and being the best always

My stay was beautiful except for the fact that there were many people smoking about.I think there should be a low that controls that or maybe a smoking room so that non smoker can be comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, Their service was 100% perfect preventing people from the EBOLA virus, their environment was very clean and well tidy.....The arrangement of their entertainment center should be made in such a way that people pacing up and down doesn't obstruct the view of others watching the TV

The hotel was below my expectation. I was so disappointed when I saw a rat in my room. I left the place in anger. This hotel used to be among the classic hotel in Port-Harcourt, what happened to them I can’t say. I guess they need to review their management and adopt a proper maintenance culture.

It is a very standard hotel. My stay was smooth I had no issues whatsoever. Management should keep up the standard and ensure facilities are properly maintained.

I rented their studio room and didn't get internet access in the room (unless I went to the bar) which sucked & was ridiculously slow. Regardless its a good place to stay. Room service was great, they are courteous and professional.

My Stay was excellent; room was nice, comfortable and well arranged. The environment was clean and the atmosphere calm. The staff were organised, well trained and efficient. I am one of their regular customers and would definitely go back any time am in Port Harcourt.

The hotel was secure, clean and strategically located with friendly and courteous staff. Even though the meal was a bit on the expensive side, it is a hotel I would love to lodge in the next time I am in town.
