Good customer service, nice location, luxury touch. I had an amazing experience at Epitome hotel, a five star experience. Great meals, great ambience and great bar.

I am yet to spend the night. I had only attempted to checked in and Patience at the front desk told me she needed a National Identity Card. I searched through but couldn't find any in my wallet. Then I remembered I had soft copies on my phone which i had used on several ocassions (Airport, Bank, and even at Police check points) To my utter shock, Patience said soft copy was unacceptable because she needed to make a copy for official records. I said I could send it to a whatsapp phone number or an email address so she can send it to printer. She said her phone was off when there was obvious 24hr power supply. Call me your supervisor, she refused. I asked if she wanted me to leave and she shuddered. (Perhaps, Management should read up on Sustainability and Data Protection) If it is true that a soft copy ID card is not acceptable as a matter of policy, please give accolades to Patience, if possible a promotion. But that policy makes absolutely no sense. And the whole thing that played out is a big embarrassment to a guest who had gone through the rigors of an all-day travel. Note too that this was the only hotel that demanded for a National ID out of the several hotels I had lodged in on my trip.

My stay was fine, they do change bedsheets, the staff was nice, my room was good and everything was working.

My stay here was uncomfortable. The bed was not comfortable, the staff were not friendly.

I had a challenge checking in because of payment not sent to the hotel on time. However, I had a nice stay at the hotel.

The receptionist was friendly and the hotel was really neat and beautiful. My room was comfortable and there was water available in the bathroom. I loved their service quality.

I used the hotel for an overnight stay. After a long journey I was welcomed with a friendly and quick check in. The room was very clean and comfy.I highly recommend this hotel because of their hospitality and customer centered approach to the services they render.

I found the hotel and it's staff simply wonderful. The only thing is that there was no reading lamp for the reading table making it somewhat dark at least I noticed that in the room I stayed. The kitchen too needs to be more efficient in delivery. Every other thing was just in place. You're doing a good job keep it up.

My stay was fine, except that I was a bit disappointed that the water heater in my room didn't work and I had to use a bucket to shower while there.

This hotel was okay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was very clean with a comfortable bed and great air-conditioning, I enjoyed my stay, the environment too was very neat and peaceful, a very comfortable place to spend the weekend. The location is really great, not difficult to locate. The entire environment is really large enough with good parking space. The hotel is really organized, I'll be back.

The hotel is okay and very clean, located in a very conducive atmosphere with humble staffs. But they need to work on their bathroom and the entrance door because the door cannot be locked from the inside.

A very good hotel with a wonderful staff and comfortable room and a clean environment but the restaurant service was poor. They delay in delivery service.

I have stayed in this hotel at least 10 times in the last year. The quality of the hotel is deteriorating rapidly! Also if staying here ALWAYS ask for your receipts and demand for refunds because alot of the staff are rogues (front desk, restaurant, laundry....etc) and they will always want to cheat you out of what is yours!

I have being using this hotel for several years now and I have never had any issue with them. They are very security conscious.

The hotel wasn't up to my expectation at all. The first time I stayed here it was okay but now I think the place is deteriorating. My room was leaking and the wall cracking. I won’t come here again. So, they need a lot of work to do in order to put everything in place.

great place to relax and cool off...plus they now have a well equipped gym and a very big swimming pool for the same low tariffs they started with....other hotels should learn from epitome!standard hospitality!
