Sotel hotel is simply the best. Their staffs are respectful and super friendly. The food is also super delicious.

The hotel is a very good place, friendly and helpful staff. The team and management of the hotel are very courteous and efficient. The only thing they need to improve on is their bedding. Their food was affordable and delicious. It a wonderful experience.

Overall this hotel has poor customer services with leaking bathroom fixtures not to talk of random hole on the wall that appears sneaky.

I think someone just finished smoking before they checked me into the room and it really affected me. I think they should have a separate place for that. However, every other thing was okay and I was satisfied in term of the facilities, services provided, cleanliness and the location.

I enjoyed my stay. My stay was very good, the hotel receptionist was good.
