I had a nice time, all-round satisfactory

There was no steady light, no AC. The hotel need to work on their infrastructure.

It was okay, except for the fact that they did not have my reservation but I was later checked in. Fantastic customer service

This hotel is just a waste of money, I did not get value for what I paid. Their staff was very slow in attending to my orders. My room was not too clean, T.V was not working well, water and power supply was not constant, toiletries was not provided. I am not happy at all.

My stay at the hotel was okay,the room was spacious and comfortable, water and power supply was available throughout my stay at the hotel but I am not too impressed with their services. My pillow was smelling, its really needs to be sun dried, The kind of odour oozing out of it is intolerable, The television had limited channels, the towel I was given was coloured but I expected white, condom sachet used by previous occupant of the room were still everywhere by the time of my check in. They really needs to work on cleanliness ,maintenance and adequate facilities at the hotel.
