The hotel is very good. The environment, rooms, reception were all good. My choice whenever I am in Ikeja.

I had a good stay at the hotel, although room service was very very slow, it takes hours before you get you order

The meals at the hotel was very horrible, it was not delicious, small and costly. The room was also not encouraging as the room was not convenient. I am not visiting this hotel again until a good work is done in the rooms.

I got a good service at your hotel. Although, I think your facilities need to be updated, like the warm water shower did not work while I was there and I also had mosquito bites but its fine. Apart from all these, you guys did a great job.

The room I was first given had mosquitoes in it and the AC wasn't working at all. My room had to be changed. I managed throughout the night then left because I wasn't satisfied with the service.

The quality of service was excellent but the attitude of the staff could be better. The food is okay and the price is quite affordable. I look forward to patronizing them again when next I'm around.

The GrandLuxe looks pretty cool in pictures and I wasn't disappointed. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and that's something considering the fact that a lot of hotels are lacking in good customer service personnel. I am pleased with their services but I think they should improve on their technology and gadgets. It was neat, too.
